- SMS Consent Records: We maintain records of your consent to receive SMS notifications, including the date, time, and method of consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide our AI receptionist services

SMS and Mobile Information
We take the privacy of your mobile information seriously:
- No Selling of Mobile Data: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or any SMS opt-in/opt-out data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Limited Sharing: Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are used solely to deliver the Blue-Caller notification service you requested.
- Service Providers: We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes your phone number only to deliver messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
- Opt-Out Honored: When you opt out by texting STOP, your preference is recorded immediately and no further marketing or notification messages will be sent.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With Business Owners: Caller information is shared with the business the caller intended to reach.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services (telephony, SMS delivery, email, hosting) that may process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.

Data Retention
We retain call data and recordings for a limited period necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. SMS consent records are retained for the duration of your use of the service plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes. Business owners may request deletion of their data at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
